This brewery produces organic beers. All beers are made on the basis of water, hops, malt, yeast and a specific type of grain. Only a handful of the beers brewed in this country - or around the world - are currently recognised as "organic beer". It implies that all ingredients are organically grown and harvested, that the supplier holds an organic farming certificate, that the water used in the production process is of drinkable quality before it is boiled and that only specific additives on an organic basis are allowed. The people carrying out the on-site inspections also attach a lot of importance to general hygiene levels within the brewery. At this brewery they feel very strongly about "natural enjoyment".
