Day 1
Dream away on the Rode Berg, one of Flanders' most beautiful spots. We look forward to treating you to a mini-bar filled with local beers: Hommelbier, St. Bernardus Tripel, etc.
We shall then go out for a breath of fresh air and a delicious beer-inspired menu, served next door (in De Nachtegaal):
Filet of cod with a herb crust, served with a Vedett Sabayon

A three-course menu at the hotel
