The Traagwater brewery is the successor of former beer company Sublim (Hector-beers). One of the founders of Sublim established Traagwater in 2009. Traagwater is a beer company and brews its beers in the brewery De Graal in Brakel.

Besides its own Hector beer range, Traagwater has also developped the 'Rogier' beer for the M museum in Leuven on account of the Rogier Van der Weyden exposition.
