Individual visits conducted by a guide take place every Saturday (except for bank holidays). The brewery also opens its doors to the public on the national open day (3rd weekend of September).
The brewery visit, which lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours, includes: a cordial welcome by the guide, followed by a short corporate film providing an overview of Brouwerij De Koninck's history, its production process and its family structure and is finished off with a tour of the facilities, including both the old and the new brew-house. Reservations at least 1.5 months before the actual visit.

"Afspanning De Hand" organises brewery visits after its regular opening hours as well as arrangements around food & beer. The brasserie has a wide range of beer-inspired dishes on offer.
Specialist beer "Gusto", served in large bottles, is ideally suited to accompany food or to be used in recipes. Groups can book a day arrangement up to the month of October (€500 for 30 people), consisting of a visit to the tram(way) museum in Berchem and a subsequent visit to the brewery, followed by a beer tasting session. Meal at lunchtime not included.
